Brandie is back! She has written the below tutorial called Peering Out using my Look To The Stars PTU Bundled Main Kit and Sampler.

Kit used is a bundled one: Look to the Stars. We will be using both parts.
Tube is included
Start with a new image 850x850, white background (you can resize at the end if you want)
Grab Paper1 from the Sampler. Mask it.
Grab Frame1 from the main kit. Resize 69%.
Select the outside ring. Expand Selection by 5.
Grab Paper4 and add. Invert Selection and Delete. Move under Frame.
Select inner ring. Expand again. Repeat steps with Paper8 from the main kit.
Add in Snowbunny from the Sampler. Place as shown. Erase parts of the tube and frame to make her look like she is peering out. Merge tube with frame and drop shadow.
Add in 3Stars (main kit) as shown. Erase the middle stand. Drop shadow.
Add in Frame 2 (Sampler). Move right above the Mask Layer. Drop shadow.
Add in Bling Frame(Main). Duplicate, arrange. Add a small drop shadow.
Add in Grid (sampler). Move and arrange as shown.
Add in Icicles (sampler). Move just under frame1. Add a small drop shadow and erase all parts outside the frame.
Add in Bell (main). Resize 50%. Duplicate and mirror. Arrange as shown and drop shadow.
Add in candle (sampler). Resize 70%. Add a small drop shadow and arrange as shown.
Add in Bow1. Rotate and place as shown. Drop shadow.
Add in Doodleberry (sampler). Resize by 59%. Duplicate three times for a total of four. Arrange as shown or to your liking. Merge and drop shadow.
Add in leaves (sampler). Resize by 39%. Arrange and rotate as shown. Duplicate merge and drop shadow.
Add in Ribbon2 (sampler). Arrange and drop shadow as shown.
Add in snowflakes (sampler). Duplicate and mirror. Arrange as shown.
Add in Star (sampler). Duplicate three times for a total of four. Arrange as shown and drop shadow all.
Add in CornerDoodle (main). Arrange and duplicate as shown. Drop shadow.
Add in DoodleTree. Arrange as shown and drop shadow.
Add in Snowflake1. Resize by 60%. Place as shown and drop shadow.
